- Acquire more new customers by doing cold calls, Meeting walk-ins, Employee referrals and referrals from other customers
- To acquire saving & Current accounts
- To source Fixed Deposits for existing as well as the new customers
- To Source Recurring Deposit for existing as well as the new customers
Qualification: SSC, Intermediate or Any Degree.
Experience: MFI/NBFC/Banking preferred, Freshers can apply
Note: Two-Wheeler is Mandatory with valid Driving License.

SALES MANAGER - DEPOSITS
- Develop and generate sales opportunities by onboard of new potential customers and the expansion of existing customers both individual and corporate customers to achieve branch target.
- Identify potential customers and understand their businesses to recommend appropriate products like CASA and services to customer and bring in new deposit base (RD’s & FD’s).
- Supervise and support deposit sale team to ensure team member achieve target.
- Process new account opening, account maintenance and update customer information and document.
- Prepare daily plan and sale pipeline submit to line manager for review.
- Ensure customer account opening document comply with policy and procedure.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3-years’ experience in MFI/NBFC/BANKING
- Good negotiation and internal & external relationship building skills.
Note: Two-Wheeler is Mandatory with valid Driving License.
Salary: 18,000/- to 23,000/- GS +TA (Depends up on Experience)

- Visiting Committee Centre’s for daily collection
- Review loan requests
- Assess client’s financial status
- Evaluate creditworthiness & risks
- Analyze risks & approve or reject loan requests
- Maintain updated records of loan applications
- Loan Documents verification

Sales Officer- Loans Sourcing (Loan against property, Mortgage Loans)
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing right set of LAP cases from open market channel (DSA), Cross Channel and Direct cases to achieve Budgeted volumes.
- Retain and expand the company's base of customers for mortgage loan and LAP with all sourcing partners - Connectors, Referral Partners and Banks.
- Liaise with Credit team for Documentation and underwriting process involved in sanction of Cases.
- Driving business through acquiring new customers in the allocated region with focus to improve the affordable reach.
- Ensure to achieve the target.
Skill Set:
- Should possess in-depth knowledge of Consumer Asset products.
- Has managed senior business roles within the bank, including client interface roles.
- Self-Driven, Motivated, Good with numbers.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Desired Candidate Profile: Must have 1-2 Years of relevant experience in Loan against property (LAP), Mortgage Loan sales in MFI/NBFC/BANKING.
Educational Qualification: Intermediate or Any Graduate.
Salary: 16,000/- to 18,000/- GS + Incentive (Depends up on Experience)
